Abhishek’s 135_ Powers SRH to 47-Run Win, Third Spot in IPL Table

With yet another convincing win, Sunrisers Hyderabad have moved up to third place in the IPL points table. Powered by Abhishek Sharma’s explosive century, Hyderabad defeated Delhi Capitals by 47 runs today.
Batting first, Hyderabad scored 242 for the loss of 2 wickets. Abhishek contributed an unbeaten 135 runs off 68 balls. He was supported by Heinrich Klaasen, who remained not out on 37, and Travis Head, who made 37 runs.
In reply, Delhi Capitals were all out for 195 runs in 19.1 overs with the help of Rishabh Pant’s 41 and KL Rahul’s 37. Ishan Malinga took 4 wickets and Harsh Dubey claimed 3 wickets. Abhishek was adjudged Player of the Match. This is Hyderabad’s fourth win in seven matches.
