Bumrah’ Raj Remains Intact in Tests

India played its last Test in November of last year. Team India was defeated in that match against South Africa by a huge margin of 408 runs. Not just the match, but Shubman Gill and company also lost the series. However, even eight months after that Test series, Jasprit Bumrah has held onto his throne in the Test rankings. He has maintained the top position in the bowlers’ list for a long time.
In the latest rankings, Bumrah’s rating points are 879. Although Australian pacer Mitchell Starc has risen to the second position, his rating points are much lower than Bumrah’s. Shubman Gill and Rishabh Pant have improved their standings in the batters’ list. Indian captain Gill has moved up one spot to ninth place. Pant is in the fourth position. Yashasvi Jaiswal is in eighth place on the batters’ list, which is topped by Joe Root.
