Afraj Ali Mushahi: Sivasagar’s Rising Football Star Shines at Reliance Academy

Sheikh Shahib Afraj Ali Mushahi, a player from the Sivasagar Children Football Coaching Centre, has been selected among eleven players from Assam for advanced training at the Reliance Football Academy. Afraj is the son of Sheikh Shahadat Ali and Parbin Begum, residents of Dichangmukh, Sivasagar.
It is worth noting that from the Sivasagar Children Football Coaching Centre, Nibir Saikia in 2024 and Bornil Gohain in 2025 have successively been receiving training at the Reliance Academy.
The Sivasagar Sports Association, along with the sports-loving public of Sivasagar, have expressed their joy over the continuous success of players trained at this children’s training center, which operates under the Sivasagar Sports Association at the Piyoli Phukan Stadium. Afraj’s success has brought great pride to Sivasagar.
