Team India To Play 10 T20s In One Month

The BCCI has announced the schedule for another T20 series for the current year. As a result, Team India will have to play 10 T20 matches within a single month. In total, the Indian team is set to play 49 T20 matches this year. The fact that such a large number of T20 matches are being played before the ODI World Cup has surprised many experts.
The Board announced a three-match T20 series against Zimbabwe in July. The first T20 against Ireland will be held on June 26.
The second match will take place on June 28. Immediately after that, Team India will participate in a five-match T20 series against England. These matches will be held on July 1, 4, 7, 9, and 11 respectively.
After a short break following the England series, India will play three T20s against Zimbabwe on July 23, 25, and 26.
So far this year, India has played a total of 14 T20s, including World Cup matches. Schedules for series against Ireland, England, Zimbabwe, West Indies, and Sri Lanka have already been announced. Additionally, there are plans to play: 3 matches in Sri Lanka. 3 matches against Afghanistan. 5 matches against New Zealand. At least 3 matches in the Asian Games.
This brings the total number of T20 matches for India this year to 49.
